Rather than visiting Edo Sushi to simply be served a meal, Edo Sushi Dreams invites the viewer to really look into the eyes of those that are serving them—the Korean American immigrants, full of dreams, working at a Japanese restaurant. Voyeur into the everyday lives and childhood dreams of the workers of Edo Sushi, but be careful because moments later, they may look to you and it will be your turn to answer,
“What were your dreams? What are your dreams?”
